The 2014 SpringFestNY AMV Contest is an amateur music video contest that will be held during SpringFestNY on March 15, 2014. The music videos must have been created from music and anime (Japanese cartoons) sources. This contest is free and for non commercial-use.
Deadline: March 8th, 2014. Once it becomes March 9th, AMV’s will no longer be excepted.

Submission Rules
* This contest is free and opened to all, except for jury members.
* The videos must not have appeared on the Internet before the 2014 SpringFestNY Contest is over on March 15, 2014.
* A single participation per person or group is accepted and only one single video per participation.
* Only anime or manga related videos will be accepted. Video-game related videos will also be accepted.
Note: You can mix those images with real sources, but anime sources MUST represent at least 60% of sources
The following formats are accepted :
- Containers : AVI, MP4, MKV, MPEG, MPEG2, WMV
- Video Codecs : H264, XviD, DivX (5, 6 et 7), MPEG, MPEG2, WMV9
- Audio Codecs : MP3, AAC, WMA, FLAC, Vorbis
- Framerate : Up to 60 frames per seconds
- The video size must NOT exceed 300 MB, except under certain justified circumstances (including High Definition(HD)).
Video must also be between 2 minutes and 6 minutes. Any other formats other than the ones mentioned will not be accepted.
