Once again we are reaching out to you guys for your participation. We need your help! Got an idea for a panel or workshop that you would like to showcase at SpringFestNY 2014? Apply today! Volunteer your time to host a panel at SpringFestNY 2014. You can do it on one or both days. All you need to do is submit a PowerPoint presentation summary of what your panel is about and if you are going to use any videos for your presentation, please link it in your PowerPoint.
You are only allowed to have a MAX of 2 panelists. The lead panelist and an assistant panelist are eligible to receive a free complementary pass to SpringFestNY 2014. Any additional panelist other than the lead panelist and assistant panelist will have to purchase an admission ticket.

The deadline to submit a panel/workshop is on November 30th at 11:59pm.
For those who are interested in putting on a stage performance or other event beyond the scope of a panel or workshop, feel free to email: programming@springfestny.com. Requests will be handled on a case by case basis.
After reviewing panel/workshop submissions, our staff will contact you upon selection. Submit your application as soon as possible! Don’t wait till the last minute!
